Too often, approved funding doesn’t match the requirements of modern SDA housing. This can leave people living in homes that no longer suit their needs or lifestyle.

At Adenium Living, we partner with SDA funding specialists experienced in SDA applications and reassessments. Together with participants, families and support teams, we help review funding and explore opportunities for upgrades where appropriate.

This may include changes such as:

🎄As the holiday season approaches, we would like to wish you and your families a safe and restful break.

2025 has been an exciting year as we welcomed over 35 residents into purpose-built SDA homes across Metropolitan Adelaide.

We also continued to expand our national footprint through our affiliate organisation in Victoria, InPlace Living, welcoming a further 90 residents, and made our first steps into the New South Wales market with several sites acquired and approvals underway.

It has been a pleasure connecting with you throughout the year at industry events and our Connect, Learn and Thrive SDA Networking event. Looking ahead, we have a strong pipeline of developments scheduled for completion in 2026.
