Thank you so much for the lovely shout out Frontline Yoga Inc. It has been my absolute pleasure and privilege to be part of the wonderful work you do.

I have loved sharing the practice of Yoga with our First responders and Frontline workers of Adelaide, we've had such a lovely group that I look forward to seeing every week.

I will continue to teach my class every Tuesday at 11.15am up to the final class on the 16th of December, before Kanti Yoga closes on the 20th.

If your Yoga mat is stored at the studio, please locate it when you come to class next, and return it to the storage shelves.

Any unclaimed mats will be donated to charity in due course.

If you are no longer practicing with us, but have left your mat here, please do arrange to pop in and collect it.
