I don’t know about the rest of you but this one smacked me right in the feels and took my breath away !!!!
So incredibly true!
If we don’t heal our trauma we hand it down to our children and our children’s children .
This is where generational trauma comes in and trauma bonds, trauma cycles and unhealthy co dependency .
We need to sit and work through our trauma and unhealthy belief systems we have been handed down often unintentionally from those before us.
If we are willing we can break those cycles for our children and our children’s children ###xx

When the king of Swords appears it is telling you that it’s a time to be clear and that it is a time to communicate effectively with clear decisive leadership.
To take situations into your own hands and to be firm but fair .
So if your stuck in a situation or having to make big decisions this is a time to be very clear in what you want and don’t want, to choose what is right for you and to not be swayed but to do so with integrity .
Take leadership but be compassionate ### follow your instincts find your voice but be fair.
