Both fortunately and unfortunately, Di will be leaving us at the end of the week to pursue a different positionšŸ˜•

Obviously we are super excited to be able to call her Dr Di after working so hard the last 5 years as a student and even longer as a CA. Although it's unfortunate that Di won't be staying with us as a Chiropractor, we are so proud of her achievement and so thankful for everything she has done while being with us in the clinic.

Starting with her placement with us back in 2024, Di rapidly became part of the WoW family and will be long into the future!

We will miss you Di, but goodbye and good luck with your transition to practice!

It acts as a coping mechanism or self-soothing habit to manage emotional tension, frequently occurring during high-stress situations. It’s also pretty disgusting… Breaking the habit involves identifying triggers and replacing the action with alternatives like fidget toys.

First Cab off the rank for Marvelous March is Dr Tessa, who will be working on extending her fasting durations, starting with a 24hr fast once a week, and working up to a 72hr fast once per month.

Prolonged fasting can activate autophagy, improve insulin sensitivity and reduce inflammation to support cellular and metabolic health. Some people also experience clearer thinking and a stronger sense of discipline.
