I am UNPLUGGING for an extended time from Sat 13 Dec. In March it will be 25 years with my global business.

A lot of events, evolving services, holding space for others in community, continuing education, my beautiful shop, lots of creating, incredible clients and customers in at least 15 countries - past, present and future - so much gratitude.

Plus like everyone else, I have navigated plenty of ups and downs of life…all whilst undergoing my own healing and alchemical journey, and doing my best to be a Light for myself and others.

BIG Cosmic Update - May this support you on your journey 💖

I was just replying this to a client, and I’ve heard this from many others, plus I sense it’s happening as a Collective - so I thought I’d pop in here to check in with you all.

‘There is a lot of dense energy and fatigue around at the moment and it feels like we are being pulled through the eye of a needle, as we all continue releasing and recoding (many are feeling it 🙏)’


Are you experiencing any of the following?

- ear aches
- teeth and gum sensitivity
- chronic fatigue
- all over body aches including stitching stabbing pains in ankles and wrists
- neck or jaw pain
- lower back pain thst may start on one side and move to the other
- itching internally under skin
- swelling sensation
- eye sensitivity or can barely keep eyes open
- digestion up and down
- low appetite / or cravings
- head in vice feeling
- transient headaches / migraines
- head feels large (CSF pulsings)
- heart palpitations or pulsings
- whooshiness
- hand tremors
- a system overload kind of feeling
- a wired - then fried feeling
- anxiety and restlessness
- fears and overwhelm
- anger surfacing
- feeling sadness or grief stricken
- sentimental about life when reflecting
- thinking about mortality and death
- changeable all in the one day or every few hours
- feeling emotionally disconnected to lots of things or people
- noise and smell sensitive more than usual
- just don’t wanna kinda vibes !
- more aware of certain frequencies that don’t feel right/light?
- intense dreams
- insomnia or tossing and turning every few hours
- the next wave of stuff surfacing to work / through
- vascillating between hope and despondent or despair
- little to no motivation
- knowing that old/false self/masked parts of you are dying and you are trusting, but it’s still a LOT to cope with and comprehend

- don’t know what you want to do with your life or your direction is changing but it feels a little unclear
- sense the shifting of dimensions within your beingness and it feels exciting and wobbly at the same time

- electrical equipment in the home glitching or breaking
- sensitive to being devices and time on screens becomes very tiring to your frequency
- seeing through the programming more and more by the minute !
- sense a deep ‘something’ within yourself but don’t quite have the words

I could go on and on and on !!!

PS I sense lots of grief, fear and anger is going to really surge in the coming months BECAUSE a) it’s Time and b) it’s necessary for health and wellness as a Collective to RECODE this.

Not saying this to add fear or drama, it’s what I’ve been aware of for quite some time AND part of the Path-Ways as we Return to a State of Grace 🙏

Initiating !
Decluttering our Light Chalice !
Switching on-to our Potentials !

We are HERE for Ascended Mastery.

But not to sugar coat, suppress, and continue to anaesthetise ourself and Spiritually bypass 💥


I feel like I mention this on repeat 🙏… but Light enters our own Light quotient (our vessel is connected to the entire Omniverse as a fractal of the ecosystem ) AND New Octaves are being experienced as we Upgrade…. and it hits/triggers what is stagnant and dense in our bodies.

We are polarised feeling beings !

This is ongoing processes my dear friends 🫶… and I’m walking it too.

I’m in the trenches with you 🙏

Some days it feels way too much, and the body shiftings are immense. I use every tool in my toolbox and need lots of rest and reflection and recalibration.

Life doesn’t go to plan.

I totally get it 🙏🙏🙏

✅ Surrender Yes !
✅Speak with God/Source/Angels/Your Team or whatever/whoever you want to Keep the Faith

✅ Care deeply for your BodyMind non negotiably (suggestions below)

💖AND also follow through with Actions ! Keep the Promises to yourself that you’ve made with your Soul.

- feel and face the suppressed emotions/traumas etc because they aren’t dissolving without your ‘observation’ and ‘attention’ - it’s how it works 🙏

- take action where necessary to support your Whole Self and don’t try and do it all on your own. That’s quite often a trauma response 🙏

- this may be cancelling plans, saying NO, booking appts for support, altering diet or just unplugging - you cannot be all things to everyone.

- you don’t need to explain yourself - choose your own wellness and harmony

- extra rest and sleep / naps is vital for supporting your Vital Force

- support your minerals (cell salts are great for this)

- Bach flowers, Australian Bush flower essences or other FE
-
- homeopathy is another great tool to help you move through grief, suppressed anger and overwhelming fears, and stress

- drink water ofcourse 💦
- sunlight daily
- bare feet on the ground - ditch your shoes as often as possible !!!
- magnesium baths

- lymphatic drainage you can do yourself every day is key.

- energy medicine healing
- you may also the combination of sone regular bodywork / osteo, chiro, massage, acupuncture for eg to assist the bigger picture

- Learn basic acupressure points to help your BodyMind - it’s free and easy
- humming, toning, singing,
- create and play
- laughter !
- meditation
- tuning forks
- hertz music
- speak to your body parts

- gentle movement or maybe you need more dynamic exercise that suits your constitution

- express anger healthfully

- cry, cry, cry !!! ( I’m writing about this at the moment) - soooooooooo important to cry

- nature - trees, lie on the grass, put your feet in the sand, go to the ocean , pat a donkey, go moo with some cows in a paddock, talk to the clouds, observe the bees and butterflies

**** And please consult your GP/PCP if guided.

We are closing off this 9 vibrational year - it’s been really huge huh 🙃🥰

⚛️ the 11:11 Portal is upon us so there is often a surge / a heightening lead up preparing us, plus 31 Atlas Love and Alchemy that’s emanating to Earth + everything else (ie - our own crap we must address and can’t avoid 🫶)

🫶 Please remember that if you are regularly doing energy healing work, daily processes, using frequency devices or frequency medicines such as homeopathy or Bach flowers for eg - you may be processing and old layers sometimes surface first as part of the Process to Healing.

Gosh this gave me a giggle because of the cleverness of the authors’ mind 😜, even with ALL thats being experienced by humans.

Tell me someone who isn’t navigating something/s huge !!!

It has been a vast year of shedding + expansion + evolution - all by grand design. (A 1 Year of Wood 🐍 )

For some it has been like this meme for several years, or even a decade or more.

Most people don’t share the ‘what’ on social media.

Transformation is not comfortable.

It is often messy 🙏

I’ve been through hell and back so many times in my life I have lost count.

We are our own Greatest Love Story.

Love has many lessons and learnings in this Earth School due to the polarity and distortions and inorganic influences that have been implanted into the Timeline.

We will all be stripped back and bare over and over.

We will all be brought to our knees more than once.

Conflict and Chaos is part of the Friction = Wisdom - Remembering.

I have shared about this for almost 20 years 🙏🙏

From Carbon to Crystalline 💎


May you, me and WE all-ways know we are supported, we must take actions + also Surrender, and Recall the Codings that we are the most potent SENTIENT TECHNOLOGY.

Seeing ourself - the Light and all of the Shades is what Healing is about.

Accepting ALL parts.

YES it’s a huge process.
It does NOT happen overnight.
