With every exercise you're not only gaining strength in the physical sense of the word, but also strength in your thinking. Each time you reach a little further, roll up a little easier, hold your front support a second longer your brain registers a positive thought pattern. When you view what you can do with positivity you are recognising how strong you are. If you stop and think, you'll understand where you've come from and will also see how strong you're becoming.
