Last workshop for 2025! "Meditations for Self Awareness" on Sunday 16th November 10am to 2pm.
⭐️
It's the perfect opportunity for newcomers, those who are interested in meditation but maybe haven't tried it out yet, to learn and practice a variety of meditation types. It's also a great refresher for more experienced meditators.
⭐️
The aim is to become more aware, moving from simple forms of attentive awareness to greater, more expansive awareness.
⭐️
The program and meditations were written by our Resident Teacher Genla Venerable Thubten Tenzin, and will be presented by Venerable Choden in the peaceful meditation room at Tharpa Choeling - Wellington Buddhist Centre 166 Arthur St Wellington.

The workshop is by donation, bookings aren't required but inquiries are welcome, on 6845 4661 or message/comment below. Vegetarian lunch will also be provided! The workshop is suitable for adults and teenagers.

Getting ready for tomorrow's Special Event at Tharpa Choeling - Wellington Buddhist Centre with Loppon-la Lama Chewang Norbu Bhutia from Karma Yiwong Samten Ling Buddhist Centre!
He'll be instructing Himalayan Breathing and Stretching Techniques for Meditation Practice from 10am-12noon followed by vegetarian lunch and then Tara Chanting! Hope to see you there! 🌟🌟🌟
