What if tightness isn’t the problem…
what if it’s protection?
Last night at our Mobility Workshop, we explored something most people never get taught:
Your body isn’t working against you.
It’s working for you.
That tension you feel?
It’s often your nervous system doing its job — trying to keep you safe.
So instead of forcing it away…
we changed the approach.
✨ We slowed things down
✨ We focused on breath
✨ We worked with the body, not against it
Because real mobility doesn’t come from pushing harder…
it comes from creating safety.
When your body feels safe → it lets go
When it lets go → you move with ease
This is what nervous-system-informed mobility looks like.
Slow.
Intentional.
Effective.
