The Team LHG cycling lads have been enjoying some reunions, with Oscar Wootton and Darcy Williams back for a pre-Christmas ride. Jarrod King has also just been back to Ballarat and enjoyed putting a few k's on the legs.

This is a gentle reminder that we close on Christmas Eve (24th of December) at 3pm and will reopen again on Friday 2nd at 7.30am.

Also, many private health insurance extras reset after 31 December, and this can affect how much you get back on allied health services. If you have been thinking about booking in, we still have physiotherapy appointments available before we close for the break.

It was a super Saturday for our Christmas party. There was lots of learning, experimenting and laughter as our team mixed spirits, botanicals, and fruit to produce some seriously tasty cocktails and mocktails.
