Coughing a lot lately? Here’s what your Pelvic Floor wants you to know…
1. Support yourself when you cough. A quick lift of your pelvic floor BEFORE the cough can make a huge difference.
2. Keep your fluids up. Your bladder will be happier.
3. Correct Pelvic Floor Exercises - specific to your body and your weakness/activation.
4. Relaxation. No pelvic floor should be ‘on’ all day!
