⭐️ Welcome to 2026 at bodyBEgood!
Our first day of classes back in the studio today, with a bunch of dedicated Pilates lovers, ready to start their year feeling strong and capable!
Without getting wrapped up in any of that ‘new year, new me’ rubbish - wha do you want your health and fitness to look like in 2026? Anything specific you’re working towards? Anything you’d love to achieve, even if you’d like to keep it secret?!
2025 really reinforced for me the absolute concept that health is wealth, and that if we don’t have our health, EVERYTHING else is so much harder.
So this year, I’m building on the early but solid foundations that I stacked last year, to be more consistent, fitter, and mayyyyybe even sneak in a little fun run 🫣. Don’t really want to share that goal with the world, but if I don’t publicise it, I might try to pull out!
