A small snippet of a little quad self-care today using functional cupping to work through some muscle tension.
I love this style because it allows movement through the tissue rather than just holding cups in one spot. It can help improve glide through the fascia, ease tightness and give the muscle a bit more freedom to lengthen and contract properly again.
This is something I often use in sessions alongside static cupping, depending on what your body needs on the day. It’s a gentle but effective way to work with stubborn tension without always having to go deeper or more forceful.
