Utilising diet & lifestyle analysis, tailored nutritional & herbal medicine; and dedicated to empowering your body's innate ability to heal I am a University-trained Naturopath who skilfully combines traditional Naturopathic wisdom and practices with modern-day sciences and the latest research, and I utilise expert analytical and research skills perfected over the past 3 decades, to get to the ROOT CAUSE of every problem and achieve optimal health outcomes for my clients. Throughout my life, I, myself, have experienced many serious and often debilitating health conditions as well as the best and the worst of both conventional and complementary medicines. My experiences have both led me to use and subsequently practise Naturopathy, and have equipped me with understanding, patience and empathy for my patients. They have also helped me identify any issues others may have missed as well as find ways to create easy to follow, effective, treatment plans. My passion is to guide clients to utilise the gentle healing powers of Nature to rediscover, and maintain, their well-being, vitality, happiness, and zest for life, thus helping them live their best life with joy, enthusiasm, boundless energy, and confidence that they can meet all the challenges modern-day life may present. Through my personalised holistic approach, I will work alongside you to identify the root cause of all/any ailments, and to gain a true understanding of your current state of health, and how you got here, so as to develop an integrated plan to achieve and maintain full body wellness. In doing so, we will draw on traditional Naturopathic wisdom and combine it with the latest modern-day research. Some of the modalities and tools I may draw on are: herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle analysis, functional and conventional diagnostic testing, iridology, homeopathy and flower essences. I am happy to work alongside your GP and medical specialists, as well as your allied and/or complementary healthcare providers to ensure you receive the highest calibre integrative healthcare. I am committed to providing the best possible Naturopathic care and to achieve this I continue to perfect and update my skills by ensuring I undertake continuing professional education on many levels.
