Brooke was feeling horrible about herself.

She absolutely objected to getting on my scales. But I gave her no alternative. She did✔️

10 weeks later, Brooke has lost 13.4kgs and is almost back to her old self again 👍🏼

Loving life once more. 😍

I know a lot of people are feeling like this. Some people are waiting for the right time to restart their personal care.

Like the sun to align a certain way.
The kids to go back to school.
The hot weather to finish.
The wind to die down
For the Christmas tree to be put away

Need I go on? Fact is, there’s never the perfect time.

Especially whilst you’ve still got your hands in the biscuit barrel or whatever your drug is.
