Ever find yourself stuck in a loop of thoughts that just won’t stop?

I’ve been there too - caught in that endless cycle of “what ifs” and overthinking until it feels like my mind won’t switch off.

What I’ve learned is that not every thought deserves my energy.
💫 I can choose to pause.
💫 I can choose to breathe.
💫 I can choose peace.

Placing my hands over my heart has been such a grounding practice for me, it reminds me that I’m safe, I’m present, and I don’t have to carry every thought as truth.
