REACH Physio is proud to have again been a sponsor for the Masters 35 years and over Graceful Girl section at the Del Sante Gardens Calisthenic Regional Competitions last weekend.

Great effort by all who competed in this section and big congratulations to the place holders pictured.

Del Sante Gardens Calisthenic College - Flinders Park has done a fabulous job hosting their 2026 Graceful Girl competition at the Brighton Performing Arts Centre.

REACH Physio recently attended an information session by the Heart Foundation focused on the latest insights for cardiovascular health, prevention and community education.

Physios play an important role not just in rehab but in supporting long-term heart health through:

❤️ Lifestyle guidance

Staying up to date ensures patients are getting the most current, evidence based care for managing or reducing their risk of heart disease.
