Pause for a moment.
Feel your body where you are.
Soften the shoulders.
Unclench the jaw.
Let the tongue rest gently in the mouth.
Notice what changes when you stop holding yourself together.
Stillness is not empty — it is revealing.
In the quiet spaces of your day, your body begins to speak in ways the busy mind often drowns out. Sensations, emotions, memories, truths… waiting patiently to be acknowledged.
You may notice restlessness.
You may feel the urge to move, scroll, distract, or leave the moment altogether.
Just notice.
Each time you allow yourself to remain present, even for a few breaths, you return a little closer to yourself.
Connection is not something you find — it’s something you remember through presence.
