I was lucky enough to see Nikki - Action Occupational Therapy present at the ATSA Independent Living Expo and her low cost AT ideas (all under $100) 🙌🏼

We now have some of these items in rotation at ChelleCare assisting with building independence in everyday activities from cooking, brushing teeth to building lego !

Love how the OT community are constantly sharing ideas, supporting each other and finding innovative ways to assist others !

✨ Celebrating Neurodiversity through the Arts ✨

Loved this ABC article highlighting The A List Hub an inclusive platform connecting autistic teens and young adults with creative events, workshops and social opportunities across Australia.

At ChelleCare, we know how powerful the arts can be for self-expression, confidence and connection. Supporting neurodiverse individuals to access meaningful community participation is at the heart of what we do.

A project led by autistic people has been holding events and training staff at some of Australia’s biggest arts institutions to help them become more inclusive.

The speaker line-up is nothing short of incredible, with thoughtful, insightful and deeply validating speakers and topics. Looking forward to re-watching some of the standout sessions !
