It’s more than a hat - it’s a symbol of hope, courage, and community.

As a brain cancer survivor, I support this incredible foundation every year to raise awareness and funds for life-changing research. Feeling deeply grateful to be here, to be healthy, and to share these moments with my boys - the simple, ordinary days that mean everything. ☺️

🌿 Spring is nature’s invitation to reset - not through restriction, but through nourishment. After the slower winter months, our bodies crave lighter, fresher foods and more movement in the sun. Here are a few simple ways to honour that shift:

✨ Start your mornings with hydration and light movement.
🥗 Add colour - think greens, citrus, and berries.
💛 Eat mindfully, slow down, and connect with your body’s cues.
🌸 Spend more time outdoors - your nervous system will thank you. It’s not about a “detox”, it’s about balance and reconnection.

Spring is here, and so are fresh, juicy berries! 🍓🌿

Not only do they taste amazing, but they’re also packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C - perfect for boosting immunity, supporting heart health, and giving skin that radiant glow.

Add them to yogurt, blend into smoothies, sprinkle over salads, or simply enjoy as a fresh snack!
