We had a lovely day on Saturday morning, it seemed a lot of people are getting interested in learning how to reduce their chemical stress and incorporating more low tox elements in their lives - this book is one of our recommended reads when people feel ready to go down that path

This past weekend Jo, Tamika and Katrina went to an advanced adjusting seminar in Sydney - it had a strong focus on balancing the upper cervical spine for myriad benefits as well as really effective adjusting of the tricky-to-access transitional zones of the spine 🌆💆‍♀️🔍💡

Next week it looks like we will actually have a few spots for New People appointments 🥳 especially now that school is back!
