These roles go beyond front-of-house. You’ll lead the team, guide clients through our protocols, and help deliver a consistent, premium experience in clinic.

This is for someone who:
– Wants to grow with the business
– Has strong people skills
– Is genuinely interested in wellness, recovery and performance
– Stays across fitness and wellness trends
– Holds a current First Aid & CPR certificate

Every piece of equipment and every protocol is designed with purpose, not just how it looks, but how it makes you feel.

HYROX WEEK 🔥

Recovery isn’t passive. It’s a tool — and using the right one at the right time is what keeps you performing.

This week’s focus:
Maintain conditioning. Support energy. Reduce residual soreness.

▪️1–2 days before HYROX

Nomad Protocol (compression boots + hot&cold pools)
Moves metabolic waste, reduces DOMS, and gets your body ready to perform.
→ Helps: energy, recovery, relaxation
→ Reduces: soreness, fatigue, inflammation
* Add red light therapy to support cellular energy and recovery

▪️Post HYROX

Recover or Refresh Protocol (heat + cold), or Nomad protocol
Promote relaxation, restore circulation, and accelerate recovery.
→ Heat to relax muscles
→ Cold to reduce soreness and inflammation
* Add compression boots to flush the legs

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to recover properly — so you can show up at your best.
