Aerial Fit & Flow is a 60 minute class that blends targeted strength and conditioning with dynamic aerial yoga sequences. You’ll start by building strength and endurance on the ground, then transition into the hammock for flowing aerial movements that challenge balance, coordination, and control.

This class is fun, accessible, and energising. Expect to work hard, move well, and leave feeling strong, empowered, and ready for the weekend.
