Everyone keeps talking about AI like it’s magic.

But the real shift for me wasn’t just “using Claude.”
It was setting it up so it could actually support the way I run my businesses. Because saving 20+ hours a week didn’t come from asking AI random questions in a chat box.

It came from using one central tool that could think with context, connect to the right information, and help me move faster across the work that was already sitting on my plate.
That means less starting from scratch.

Less rewriting the same things over and over.

Less time stuck in admin, content prep, research, planning, and all the tiny tasks that drain your brain before you even get to the real work.
Most business owners do not need more tools.

They need one tool set up properly so it can actually work with the tools they already use.
That’s what changed everything for me.

If you’re starting fresh with Claude and have no idea where to start - don’t worry, I got you!

Start by downloading the Claude for desktop. Then sign up for a pro subscription (trust me on this). Work through projects, connectors, skills then cowork.

P.s Claude has session and weekly limits...you can check them in settings, under usage.

And yes, is as dreamy as it looks.

six months ago i was using AI wrong.
..not dangerously wrong, just inefficiently wrong, in a way that made me think "this isn't really for me." in a way that got me mediocre outputs i had to fix anyway.

These are the five things that changed how i use it. none of them are technical. All of them made an immediate difference.

After four months of hard work and preparation, I'm thrilled to share the launch of the first annual 52 Weeks of Dining by Altru Charity!

As many of you know, I sit on the board of Altru Charity, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential services, new clothing, and food to our community members in need. Through various outreach events, we support at-risk youth, DV survivors, and individuals facing hardship.

For this campaign, I’ve partnered with 52 amazing food venues across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Each has generously donated a dining voucher, bringing together over $12,000 worth of dining experiences for one lucky winner!

Our goal is to raise $50,000 through this campaign, and all proceeds go directly to Altru Charity, supporting our mission to help those in need.
