Big ‘life happenings’ needed my full attention of late & led me to decide on postponing my retreat next month. I’m the biggest believer in keeping it real & showing up as my best, most authentic self! It’s essential to nurture that inner connection before we can truly embody who we say we are & fully lead/ support others ❤️
