How am I creating the LIFE OF MY DREAMS? ✨

It’s saying YES to possibility. Living in full ALIGNMENT with my PURPOSE & following my PASSIONS!

Showing up authentically & being the EMBODIMENT of ‘walking my talk’.

Taking full responsibility for my life. Making NO EXCUSES. Feeling the fear & doing it anyway!

Being the BEST EXAMPLE I can be for my DAUGHTERS & being a CONTRIBUTION to others 🫶🏽

It’s also about…

Creating residual & passive income streams to ensure I can remain the present mother that I am & create more financial freedom which in turn gives me CHOICES & allows me to LIVE my life on my terms 🙌🏽💫

Eat well. Live well 🌱

🤫 I’ll let you in on a lil’ secret! The better you the better (& longer) you live. Eating well also helps maintain youthfulness, vitality & promotes longevity.

A few simple tips…
• eat wholefoods
• organic, local & seasonal is best
• flavour combining is key
• paleo is best for most types
• intermittent fasting done right is king
• detox often (monthly/ quarterly/ annually)
• h2o lots of it!

Sitting in the most uncomfortable positions can bring about the most growth & expansion...In the body 🧘🏽‍♀️ In life ✨
Life doesn’t always work out as planned but a big & hard lesson I’m learning over this past year especially, is to fully surrender, to trust wholeheartedly in the flow of life...to trust myself. To be truly accepting of how life unfolds. More than anything I’m learning that the plan is actually already written & set out for us anyway so why force things & waste energy in trying to control the outcome 🤷🏽‍♀️
These days I find myself tapping much deeper into my intuition, believing in the divine plan, being ok with not knowing & invoking a greater sense of playfulness for what’s to come 🙌🏽
Choosing expansion over contraction always! 🦋🌸💫
