Sarah has excelled in women's sport because of her firm belief in the eventual gender equity of professional sport. Her work has created real change in her field and opened avenues of professional Allied Health care to female athletes across Queensland, specifically in AFL. Practicing out of Inspire Health Services, Sarah uses integrative science as an Exercise Physiologist to prioritise client result over all else. Her ability to work into her client's problem and her willingness to go beyond what is reasonably required of a practitioner to help her client is what has made her distinct. Areas of expertise include:
• Female sports and athletic development
• Strength and conditioning
• Injury prevention and rehabilitation
• Chronic disease management and healthy ageing
• Hypermobility

It was such an honour to go and run an education session discussing exercise progressions and regressions and the pathway between physio via exercise physiology/rehabilitation into strength and conditioning.

Working as part of a team with other health professionals, coaches and communities to get the best and fastest results for athletes and clients is one of the best parts of my role.

Taking the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful weather and sunshine while practising social distancing. Thankful to still be able to work with people one on one or through telehealth.

Thank you to for catching me working in my new delightful office space.

Always an exciting time of year, great work by everyone involved yesterday. Looking forward seeing the same by the NEAFL panel this afternoon.

Our competition allows just 10 umpires per year to reach the pinnacle of QAFL Seniors.

Carried out in enormous character.

Congratulations for being the umpires brave enough to make it to the summit. A moment you will not forget.

Always great to spend some time at the Gabba. Really loving using PLAYERTEK this season.

Some exciting results from Australians women's sports this week!

Who run the world? Aussie women have topped world rankings in their sports overnight 🙌

Queenslander! Ash Barty has become the first Australian woman to reach the top of the world tennis rankings since seven-times grand slam champion Evonne Goolagong Cawley reached the sport's pinnacle for two weeks in 1976 🎾

Hannah Green has clinched a stunning victory in the Women's PGA Championship, becoming the third Australian woman to win a golfing major title after Karrie Webb and Jan Stephenson 🏌️‍♀️

Sally Fitzgibbons is the new surfing world No.1 after beating Carissa Moore in the final of World Surf League's Rio Pro in Brazil 🏄‍♀️

These results come after the Matildas did us proud reaching the Round of 16 in the Women’s Football World Cup in France with Sam Kerr becoming the first Australian to score four goals in a world cup ⚽️

Just imagine what could be done with pay equality and proper investment in women’s sport in this country!
