Our goal was to enrich the lives of people with disabilities. We do this by offering meaningful, personally rewarding, paid employment opportunities. Today, Lasercraft is proud to have trained and supported hundreds of people living with disabilities. We have made a genuine difference in their lives and the lives of their families. Through training and the use of the latest technology our supported employees are able to manufacture quality corporate recognition awards, plaques, and business products throughout Australia and New Zealand. Packing and Assembly services are offered as well as survey peg manufacturing from Australian hardwood. What We Offer
Our Disability Services day program activities have a strong focus on community participation and independent living skills training. Participants choose how many days they attend each week and are involved in life skills development activities such as cooking, shopping, sports, photography, and technology. There are also regular day trips for activities that are appropriate to the individual’s level of disability and goals. Other day options models we offer also cater for people with high support needs. This includes participants who use wheelchairs and we provide additional support for their medical and personal care needs. Our community access program is aimed at developing independence, social skills, a healthy lifestyle, and creativity. A New Year’s Message from Lasercraft Australia

As the fireworks fade and the calendar clicks over, we want to tip our hats to everyone who helped shape the Lasercraft story this year. Our supported employees, families, staff, partners and community have filled 2025 with purpose, creativity and the kind of laughs that make the workday feel a little lighter.

A new year always brings a clean page, and we step into 2026 with gratitude for the people who turn this place from a simple workshop into a community. Your support keeps the machines humming, the teams growing and the mission stronger than any New Year’s resolution we’ve ever managed to keep.

From all of us at Lasercraft Australia, Happy New Year. May 2026 bring good health, good company and the sort of days that send you home smiling for no particular reason other than it felt good to be part of something meaningful.

🏆 Self-Motivated Award – Peter

Some people need chasing.
Others bring their own momentum.

This year’s Self-Motivated Award goes to Peter Reiley, someone who sets his own standard and gets on with the work.

Working in Dispatch, Peter takes real ownership of the process.
Awards are packaged carefully.
Cleaned properly.
Checked off accurately before they leave.

He doesn’t wait to be reminded. He sees what needs doing, makes sure it’s done right, and moves on to the next task with the same focus.

His motivation comes from pride in the details and a commitment to quality. Quiet, consistent effort that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

A well deserved recognition for someone who leads himself first and delivers every time.

Congratulations Peter.
Self-motivated, and dependable. 👏

A Christmas Message from Lasercraft Australia

As Christmas Eve rolls in and the Coast settles into that familiar mix of excitement and last minute shopping, we want to send a little cheer from all of us at Lasercraft. It has been a year full of hard work, good laughs and the kind of teamwork that would make even Santa rethink his staffing model.

To our supported employees, families, local partners and the wonderful community that surrounds us, thank you. Your kindness, energy and support keep this place running smoother than a reindeer on fresh snow.

Wherever you are tonight, may your evening be peaceful, your company good and your wrapping paper only mildly crooked.

From all of us at Lasercraft Australia, Merry Christmas. May tomorrow be filled with warmth, joy and maybe even a well earned nap.

🏆 Most Helpful Award – Max

Helpfulness often starts with knowing how the outcome should look.
Then doing what’s needed to get there.

This year’s Most Helpful Award goes to Max Saunders, someone who’s switched on to what’s happening around him and always focused on the job being done properly.
If Max sees a safety issue, he brings it to attention.
If there’s work to be done, he digs in.

No complaining. No shortcuts. Just steady effort.
He understands what a good result looks like and works toward it with care and reliability, helping make the workplace safer, smoother, and more efficient for everyone.

A well deserved recognition for someone who notices the details, looks out for others, and follows through.

Congratulations Max.
Most Helpful, and always dependable. 👏

🏆 Community Spirit Award – Evelyn

Community starts with conversation.
And with noticing the small things.

This year’s Community Spirit Award goes to Evelyn, a bright presence who brings people together through curiosity, connection, and care.

Evelyn is wonderfully talkative.
Asks lots of questions.
And picks up on the slightest changes around her.
She notices when something feels different, checks in with others, and keeps communication flowing.

That awareness helps people feel seen, supported, and included.
Her energy and openness add warmth to the workplace and strengthen the sense of community we value so highly.

A well deserved recognition for someone who connects people, spots the details, and helps create a welcoming space for everyone.

Congratulations Evelyn.
Community spirit in action. 👏

🏆 Leadership Mentor Award – Emmanuel

This year’s Leadership Mentor Award goes to Emmanuel, someone whose leadership is shaped by age, life experience, and a deep belief in doing things properly.

Emmanuel works with care.
Takes pride in the small details.
Shows patience in the process.
And approaches every task with quiet diligence.

He understands that doing a job well matters. Not just for the outcome, but for the confidence it builds in others along the way.

His mentoring is steady and considered, passed on through example rather than instruction. The kind of leadership that comes from years of experience, and the discipline to do things right, even when no one is watching.

A well deserved recognition for someone who lifts standards, builds confidence, and reminds us that care and diligence still count.

Congratulations Emmanuel.
Leadership done properly. 👏

🏆
This year’s Employee of the Year Award goes to Josh Gunn, a productive, positive presence and the kind of bloke you want working next to you.

Josh brings energy to the day.
Always happy.
Always willing to help others.
Always getting things done.

He works hard, takes pride in his work, and approaches every task with care and enthusiasm. There’s a genuine passion there, not just for the job, but for the people around him.

And when the work’s done, ask him about footy. He knows it inside out, stats, stories, and opinions included. A workplace bonus, really.

A well deserved recognition for someone who lifts morale, lifts standards, and brings passion to everything he does.

Congratulations Josh.
Employee of the Year, and a great teammate. 👏

This was not your average staff Christmas party.

This was Lasercraft…Sports themed fully warmed up and finals ready! ☀️ It was hot

The kind of heat where the carpark starts making decisions for you.

So naturally, we opened the day with carpark cricket

Improvised rules, questionable umpiring, heroic fielding and at least one person who definitely “used to play”

The work buses rolled in, packed and buzzing.
Spirits high.
Sweat committed.

And then there was the food.
Catered, generous and exactly what was needed.
Cold drinks appeared at the right time.
Plates filled quickly.
Energy restored just enough for people to say, “I might go back for seconds”… and mean it.

We heard the yearly progress of the business.
Goals kicked ☑️
Targets met ☑️
Plenty to be proud of, and plenty more to chase

Then Paul, our new Chairman, took centre stage.
Stats flying like a live scoreboard.
Teams analysed.
Momentum building.
You could feel the pride ripple through the room.

Boss Peter and Andrew Y kicked off the formalities with a joke, because leadership that can laugh is leadership people follow.

Before the awards, Factory A turned into game day central.
Uno tables filled fast.
Tumblin’ Monkeys tested nerves and patience.
Trick Sticks proved that hand-eye coordination is a skill you either have… or discover you never did.
Laughter echoed, friendly rivalries formed, and competitive spirits were exercised without anyone needing ice packs.

Work benches became snare drums.
Drum rolls followed.
Suspense rose.

Then came the awards 🏆

Leadership Mentor Award went to Emmanuel, steady, supportive and always lifting others!

Most Improved, Aaron, proof that showing up and working hard every day pays off!

Most Helpful, Max Saunders, already helping before you’ve finished asking!

Self-Motivated, Peter Reiley, no chasing required, just action!

Community Spirit, Evelyn, connection, kindness and that spark that brings people together!

Employee of the Year, Josh Gunn, a full-season performance built on consistency and care!

And our Recognition of Excellence recipients, the engine room of the place…

👏 Max Clancy
👏 Zoe
👏 Lachy
👏 Ray
👏 Larry
👏 Ewan

And our best dressed was Ruby dressed as Reggie Rabbit from the South Sydney Rabbitohs 🐰

What stood out wasn’t just who won.
It was how loudly everyone clapped for everyone else.
Pure support.
The real kind.

We thanked the Board for leadership that backs people, not just plans.
And we celebrated Shah and Skye, our employee representatives, re-elected for 2026… a moment so powerful it brought Shah to his knees.
Democracy, but with feeling.

This is a special place 🤗 We all know it

And one day, when we’re old and grey and telling stories that go a little too long, we’ll look back and say it plainly.
Lasercraft was a great chapter.
And we were lucky to be in it together.

Holiday Break at Lasercraft

As the tinsel settles and the Coast starts to slow for Christmas, Lasercraft will be taking a well earned break. Our workshop will close from Friday 19 December, giving our teams time to rest, recharge and maybe even remember where they left the wrapping paper.

It has been a big year filled with good work, good company and plenty of moments that reminded us why this place matters. We’ll be back on Monday 12 January 2026, refreshed and ready for another year of purpose, creativity and community.

Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout 2025. Enjoy the season, look after each other and may your holidays be full of warmth, calm and the occasional well timed nap.

A Fresh Partnership!

There’s nothing quite like the buzz of Moe and Co, lights glowing, clippers humming and style happening by the minute.

Today our team dropped in to deliver a box of Lasercraft Beard Elixir to our friend Fadi, and let’s just say it felt like bringing gold to a man who knows the value of a good shine.

Our partnership with Moe and Co helps create real work opportunities for our supported employees, and every bottle of Beard Elixir on their shelves carries a bit of Central Coast heart with it!
Quality ingredients, handmade care and the pride of a job well done.

Thank you Fadi and the entire Moe and Co crew for backing local purpose and local people.
We’re grateful for your support and we’re looking forward to growing together in 2026, one tidy beard at a time.

Pop into Moe and Co or check out their website if you are wanting to be ultra sharp ⬇️
