Weekend sport is back — and so is my physio brain. 😅

Since finishing our lap around Australia, my kids are into basketball and soccer, which means I’m now spending most weekends on the sidelines watching training and games.

And while I love cheering them on, I can't help but notice how many kids are running in a way that holds them back — and might even be setting them up for pain.

👉 Stiff arms
👉 Flat feet or heavy strides
👉 Struggle to be ready and agile on their toes

These poor running habits don’t just impact performance — they’re often behind things like heel pain, shin splints, knee pain, and even back pain in growing kids.
