Our low service rates get a lot of attention, and care recipients and their families frequently ask us how we provide such value. Here are two reasons:

1. Before Support at Home, many providers were charging exorbitant "package management fees" upwards of 35% — but we weren’t. Our fees were always fair, and now that Support at Home is here, we don’t have to inflate our service rates to make up for the new program's capped management fees. While other providers scramble to cover their losses with higher service rates, The CareSide is keeping our rates right where they’ve always been: low and affordable.

2. We also developed proprietary software to streamline our administrative processes wherever possible. We've never had to charge exorbitant fees to cover our operating costs, and we pass those savings back to you in the form of fairly priced, high-quality services.

As a family-owned company, The CareSide was founded in WA (Perth) in 2017. We've since grown into a national provider, and today we have offices, staff, and clients across the entire country.
