Extra considerations to improve your work set up:

βœ…Chair height: Feet flat or on a foot rest, knees at 90Β°
βœ… Keyboard & mouse: Keep wrists neutral, elbows close.
βœ… Lighting: Avoid screen glare, natural light is best!
βœ… Take breaks: 5 minutes every hour to stretch & move.
βœ…Elbows should be around 90 to 120 degs and supported wiyh a forearm rest
