Psychosis isn't limited to Schizophrenia. 🧠 During severe highs or lows, people with bipolar may experience delusions or hallucinations. It's a medical symptom that requires urgent treatment.

Carers, you matter too. 💚 You can't support your loved one if you burn out. Taking time for your own health and hobbies isn't selfish; it's necessary for sustainable care.

Never dismiss a cry for help. 🆘 Suicidal thoughts are a symptom of the illness, not a personality flaw. Always take threats seriously and contact professionals immediately.

Mania isn't just 'happiness.' 🛑 It can involve racing thoughts, irritability, reckless spending, and risk-taking that feels out of control. Recognizing the signs early helps prevent damage.

Don't be afraid to ask the hard questions. 💬 Asking a loved one about su***de doesn't plant the idea; it opens a door for them to share their pain and get the help they need. You could save a life.

Having a mental health condition doesn't change your susceptibility to viruses. 🦠 However, the stress of a health crisis can impact your mood, so staying connected and maintaining routine is key!
