My offering is a weaving of therapies devoted to the feminine body
Each session is prepared as a ritual space, beginning with water at the feet and touch at the crown, guiding you gently out of the mind and back into the body.
Once on the table ancient medicine practices are used, no modern tools, to support the body.
🧡Womb Hara Massage is a deeply integrative, nurturing temple massage devoted to the feminine body. It is a fusion of several modalities, including Chi Nei Tsang, Fertility Massage, and Lomi Lomi, focusing on the Hara (the abdomen), the body's energetic centre.
🧡Moxibustion- working with Ren Mai CV points and used to rescue Yang, moving qi-fluids and blood, fertility, pre and post natal, prolapse, reestablish homeostasis and traditionally for long life.
🧡Basti for womb, sacral/back, abdomen and heart supporting post natal, pre natal, post miscarriage, hysterectomy PCOS, endometriosis and reproductive health.
Basti can be translated to "womb" or "nourishing space", symbolising the nurturing and rejuvenating aspects of the treatment.
🧡Rebozo is a traditional wrapping and gentle rocking technique using woven cloth to support grounding, containment and integration.
Rebozo work can create a profound sense of safety and being held, particularly during times of transition.
🧡Poultice, warm herbal pouches applied to the body to move stagnation, increase circulation and ease muscular tension.
The heat and rhythm penetrates deeply, supporting the body and nervous system.
