⚖️ Balance to reduce your risk of having a fall
🙆🏼 Flexibility to ease pain and stiffness

Classes running every Monday at 10am within On The Move Health & Fitness in Temora (120 Baker Street), starting Monday the 17th November.

CLASS TIMETABLE!

Temora: Introducing Baseline’s ”Healthy Ageing” Class for participants aged 65+ years. Classes will include exercises targeting strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility.

A lunchtime Mat Pilates class is also coming! Suited for all ages and abilities - the only requirement is to be able to get up off the floor independently.

⭐️TEMORA MAT PILATES STARTING FROM MONDAY THE 10TH NOVEMBER. To book - you can book online using the online booking link or use the details below.

Are you someone who is experiencing any of the following?

* High blood pressure
* Type 2 Diabetes
* Muscular dystrophy or any other type of long term health condition
* An acquired brain injury or any type of neurological disorder
* Someone who has sustained a fall or near-fall as a result of loss of balance, tripping or fatigue
* Someone who has undergone reconstructive or joint replacement surgery
* A recurring injury or ni**le that wont go away
* Going through menopause or perimenopause and wondering what exercise is suitable to you
* Pregnant or recently given birth and wanting advice regarding safe and effective exercise

These are just a few examples of people that might seek advice from an exercise physiologist. I’m more than happy to answer any questions or point you in the right direction!

❗️Big things happening in November❗️

Baseline Exercise Physiology will be coming to Temora on Mondays, starting the 3rd November 2025! I am very excited to bring this service to another community and have the opportunity to help more people.

Baseline will be operating out of On The Move Health & Fitness gym, at 120 Baker Street.

I’m also now taking expressions of interest! If you are, or know of someone who would benefit from seeing an exercise physiologist (or would simply like more information), please get in touch and I’ll contact you closer to the starting date to book your most suited appointment time.

Come along on Friday for a chat about our mums & bubs pilates classes plus a short class at the end for anyone keen to give it a go 💪🏼

We're thrilled to welcome exercise physiologist Karen Penfold to our Baby Bounce session this Friday!
Karen has a very busy schedule, so she’ll be joining us briefly at the end of the session to give a short talk and demonstration on baby pilates.
We hope you’ll stay for morning tea and extend a warm reception to Karen 😊

According to the Australian Institute of Health & Welfare:

- “Falls were the leading cause of injury hospitalisations in 2023–24”
- “Falls from slipping, tripping and stumbling caused most of these hospitalisations”
- “People aged 85 and over were most likely to be injured by falls”
- “Home was the most commonly specified place of occurrence”
- “Daily living activities was the most commonly specified activity undertaken when injured”

Falls are PREVENTABLE.
