Updated class timetable - note the changes to Temora’s Healthy Ageing class (appropriate for anyone 60+ years - all that is required beforehand is a 1:1 assessment) and the Antenatal Circuit style class in West Wyalong on Thursday afternoons (trialing 5pm - let me know what other times might suit for this class). Classes follow general exercise during pregnancy guidelines and please consult with your obstetrician beforehand if your pregnancy is considered high risk or if you have any concerns.

I’ve had some interest regarding exercise classes during pregnancy!

The class would potentially run on Thursdays at 5pm at Seek Fitness, starting in February. It would be a supervised and supportive class that would follow general exercise during pregnancy guidelines. If your pregnancy is considered high risk, clearance from your GP or obstetrician may be required.

Let me know if you’re interested! I’m also open to alternative class time suggestions.

- Discussion surrounding your medical history, previous exercise undertaken and your relevant goals;
- An objective assessment containing a range of tests to measure your current level of muscular strength, flexibility and mobility;
- One exercise you can complete at home;
- Brief outline of what the classes will entail

I’ve had some interest regarding exercise classes during pregnancy!

The class would potentially run on Thursdays at 5pm at Seek Fitness, starting in February. It would be a supervised and supportive class that would follow general exercise during pregnancy guidelines. If your pregnancy is considered high risk, clearance from your GP or obstetrician may be required.

Did you know there are a number of ways you can access 1:1 Exercise Physiology services at Baseline Exercise Physiology:

- Via GP Referrals - If you have a chronic medical condition, your GP may refer you under a Chronic Condition Management Plan, providing you with up to 5 Medicare-subsidised sessions per calendar year
- Booking privately - You don’t need a referral and depending on your health fund (if you have private health), you may be eligible for private health fund rebates
- Via the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme),
- DVA (Department of Veteran’s Affairs),
- Referrals covered under WorkCover

MAT PILATES:
✨Classes focus on global muscular strength, with focus on core and pelvic stability, postural control, balance and coordination. Even though the class is a group setting, each exercise can be modified to suit each participant at varying fitness levels.
✨Open to all ages - the only requirement is being able to get up off the floor independently.
✨50 minutes of exercise, with 5 minutes before/after to set yourself up, have a chat or complete some additional stretching if you wish (60 minutes in total).
✨$20 per class and eligible for private health fund rebates, depending on your level of cover and health fund.
✨You do NOT need to become a member of the gym
✨The class program is changed every 2 weeks to keep things interesting 💪
✨Class timeslots: TEMORA: Mondays @ 12pm
WEST WYALONG: Thursdays and Fridays @ 12pm

Temora: Introducing Baseline’s ”Healthy Ageing” Class for participants aged 65+ years. Classes will include exercises targeting strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility.

A lunchtime Mat Pilates class is also coming! Suited for all ages and abilities - the only requirement is to be able to get up off the floor independently.
