💙 Today we’re recognising World Diabetes Day! 💙

Diabetes affects many people across our communities — in towns, on farms, and everywhere in between. It’s a good reminder to take small steps each day to look after your health and wellbeing.

Our Allied Health Practitioners have shared some simple tips to help manage and prevent diabetes. Eating well, staying active, keeping up with regular check-ups, and understanding your numbers can all make a big difference.

Looking after your health doesn’t have to be overwhelming — it’s about small, consistent changes and having the right support around you. Whether you’re living with diabetes or wanting to reduce your risk, support is available.
