🩸 Inner winter reflection:
What I have envisioned as my next chapter, I see as a cocoon. A shell that’s softening into love, sensuality and a sacred embodiment of birth - a transformation. I’m talking all things womb space. The energetics, the creativity, the passion, menstruation, generational patterns, the physiological birthing of a soul… everything. This is what turns me on, lights my inferno and moves me on every level possible.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We as women hold a lot of wisdom in our wombs. The wisdom of our mothers, grandmothers and ancestors. Codes and keys of hidden knowledge embedded into our DNA that we hardly tap into because of the conditioning that has been ingrained into us as children.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Without trying to sound preachy, we are powerful women who hold the limitless potential to do, be and share our amazing gifts.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our womb is not just a space for us to nurture and bear seeds or bleed once a month. We can also break generational cycles, release what no longer serves us, create projects and receive inspired ideas 💡 all by connecting with our womb space.

The more I delve into this “work” the more I learn about myself and unlocking the full potential as a women.

Today, make time to connect with your womb and your ancestors, listen to what you are being called to create or bring through.

As I sit here with readings and healings to do this week I say to myself, “something needs to change, the storyline doesn’t match my desires”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My guides saying I have “writers block” because once again at this stage of my journey I feel stuck.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stuck = 📖 rewrite the damn chapter you are in and re-evaluate the storyline 📖
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We often need to switch up our story and chapters many times before we find the one that makes our jaw drop and you know what - that is OK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It doesn’t matter how many different pathways you wish to explore or different adventures you want to seek out, heck even different things you wanna sell. If it makes your heart jump up and down, do it, regardless of any critics.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, next time you’re stuck in a situation ask yourself, what can I do to change the plot in this chapter? If I were to read my chapter would it be captivating? If not, how can I change the script for it to be more alluring (to me)?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stepping away from book analogies, you can do whatever switches your light on without approval from others. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, fear will always be present. Fear of judgement, fear of “what if it doesn’t work”, fear of failure, fear you’ll step on toes but if you don’t try how will you know?! Trust me, I think I’ve tried a lot of things in the past year and I’m still working out what’s next and what’s… the one.

Point is when it comes to moving onto a new chapter (or book) and it’s fear that is stopping you, adapt to moving through and with it. The objective of rewriting is not to become fearless because it is fear that illuminates the path forward.

Remember you hold the pen 🖊 and no one has the power to take that away from you.

5 Days until I officially open the doors to my first channeled programme of 2022.

AND I have been feeling every type of way.

What if no one joins? What if my prices are too high? What if I freeze on live? What if… What if…

Our mind is amazing and it does a good job to keep us safe.

Every time one of those fear-based thoughts would pop into my head I would really question it. Where is this coming from?

I always like to say to myself “would that be so bad?”

If no one joins, I’ll hold it for myself.

If my prices are too high, I trust that people will join at every price point I choose to sell my offers/services at.

If I freeze on live, I will pick up where I left off and keep on going.

If you allow fear-based thoughts to stick, it will be like lollies to a child’s mouth. 🍬 IT. WILL. STICK 🍬 and if you try to remove them, chaos erupts 🌋🌋

It's easier to cave into fear-based thoughts than it is to do what fearfully moves us anyway because we don’t want to end up disappointed. But what if it actually exceeds our expectations?!

I would not have thought when starting this journey that I would eventually read for hundreds, let alone hold a 4-week programme.

This message is to you, beautiful being, glowing goddess, womb warrior, you are inspirational. Fears will always be present that is fact but allow it to illuminate the way forward. When they are there know it is because you are on the right path.

Question the fears and if it still turns you on, keep pursuing it.

Growth doesn’t exist in the comfort zone.

Today, I realised that I hadn’t gotten to my usual morning ritual till midday. Instead of sipping tea, intention setting, moving my body and journalling codes I watched a whole season of a new show.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I would get so far into it and say to myself “one more episode and then I’ll go do it”. Almost as if it were a chore.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a completely distorted, uncomfortable and very pushy way of utilising your ritual to anchor in the day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Eventually I dropped the push because I didn’t want to rush anything that may be waiting to come through later.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I didn’t even feel bad about it because in the moment that is what I chose to do.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s when we beat ourselves up about feeling like we missed out or forcing ourselves to do something because we are running out of ‘time’ is when the distortion in our field becomes apparent.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is no set time or time limit with how you choose to utilise your rituals, as long as you are fully present in your choices and owning it because you WILL lead yourself to that space and it WILL be juicy!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Devotion to self starts with owning your decisions and not judging yourself for it. If you can implement this in your day, rituals will no longer feel like something you need to do but rather feel like an extension of who you are.

I was queen of inaction.

I would sit on inspired ideas until they eventually seemed unimportant to me anymore.

Inspired Idea ➤ excuses ➤ Inaction ➤ procrastination = cycle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And really sprinkle a lot of freaking fear in between each phase!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Like I've said before perfectionism was something I always looked to reach in every post but then my body would feel an inauthenticity to what I'd write out.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If I only showed up without transparency I would exude this pretentious version of me which is unrealistic and not the energy I want to anchor in my business.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For me, I had to really catch myself on my BS because there is absolutely no way my business (let alone ANY business) could thrive on that type of cycle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, i am navigating my way through a new wave of possibility with a balance of structure, strategy and energy to sustain the power of my business.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m literally having fun trying new things and I absolutely love it!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You do not need to make the "perfect" post because there is no such thing.

You do not need to only show up when you're "high vibe" because people are drawn to transparency and your own experience.

I have had so many messages come through saying “I can’t meditate”, “I can’t visualise”, “There is no way I can connect to Spirit”…

You are limiting yourself before you even try.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know, because I used to be the exact same. I would get in my head and start coming up with excuses to purposely put me off because I was scared.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was doubting myself right from the beginning until I learnt that clairvoyance (clear seeing) is not the only way to perceive spirit.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You have other senses to use, to learn, to strengthen and establish.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The more you try to convince yourself that you “can’t” do something the harder it is to trust it when it comes through.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Like I have said before, it is your birth right to be able to access Source, Spirit, the Universe and believe me when I say this… The resistance is coming from you.

Behind the scenes I have been surrendering, deepening, expanding with the ebbs and flows of life.

I have spent too long trying to push content/posts/stories that felt disconnected to the version of me I am wanting to morph into.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This caused so much stagnation in my reality.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everything was halted (finances included) because I was trying to force the flow.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Manipulate the direction and went way off path.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I feel the urge to create I will create 🖊
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nothing is to be forced.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Creating from pure inspiration rather than “I’ve got to show up!” changes my energy to match the frequency of my desires.

I desire to become more confident in who I am today and at the same time align to the version of myself that receives it all in the near future.

The best part is, I have all the tools I need to get there.

All messages and images you receive in this “room” are keys to unlock a clear path to what it is you desire.

Any desires in this room will be right at your fingertips and it is up to you to bring those messages and images into a space where you take aligned action.

Setbacks and boundaries are two things that would have been a BIG reason for me to not show up. I would have named thousands of excuses as to why I couldn’t do readings or create content or just show my face in order to stay in my comfort zone.

Recently, technology has not been my bestie lol I have been unable to accept people into Goddess Within and it has just become a whole other thing. Instead of curling up in a ball and becoming a hermit, I decided that this was here to highlight what needed to shift in my business.

It all came down to setting clear intentions about what it is that I desire to do and be this year.

Review, redirect and restructure.

With this new structuring of my business I have decided to allocate one day of the week for readings and healings instead of every. single. day.
This opens up so much more space for me to create programmes, courses and lots of different containers to explore and share with you throughout the year.

Not sure which day of the week or what the schedule is going to look like but will get there. It will be awesome!

I wholeheartedly believe that readings and healings are only one part of my journey and that teaching what I have learnt along the way is yet another part with way more to come too!

Goddess Within still remains active. It should be in my groups tab, I will try to get as many of you accepted before it crashes on me again. Fingers crossed haha
