We are thrilled Club Willoughby has reopened their amazing new Club at Heart of Willoughby. Since closing their doors in 2022 for the construction of their new state-of-the-art Club, the Willoughby community have eagerly anticipated this reopening and we encourage everyone to visit the Club soon to try out their fantastic Flame Bistro.

The Abolakian family’s first venture in the ageing sector, the $400 million Hyegrove Willoughby, an integrated retirement living and aged care development, 8km north of Sydney’s CBD, has opened with more than 65 of the 111 apartments filled within days. 101 (91%) of the apartments are sold.

It was very special last week to finally have our Hyegrove residents starting to move into their beautiful new apartments. Take a look at our video that was taken on the first day that our Hyegrove residents started to move in. Residents in over 65 apartments have moved in so far and it is becoming a wonderful little community with more new residents moving in every day.
