We’re delighted to invite you to our Community Culture Weekly Cooking Classes, a relaxed and enjoyable program where you can learn to cook nutritious meals, meet new people and chat with our friendly dietitian.

Class details:
Hawkesbury Leisure and Learning Centre
114 March Street, Richmond
Time: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Cost: $20 (covers food and resources)

These hands-on cooking sessions focus on healthy, practical meals you can enjoy at home. They’re also a great opportunity to socialise and ask questions about nutrition in a welcoming environment.

To attend, you will need a referral through My Aged Care.
If you don’t already have one, simply call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask to be referred to: Dietitian Services at Peppercorn Services.

When are the classes held?
Classes run on Mondays or Wednesdays every alternate week (excluding February and public holidays). Bookings are essential.
Please see the attached flyer for the full list of dates from February to June.

We are looking for a Casual Dietician to support CHSP clients across Hawkesbury, Penrith, and Blue Mountains LGAs.

What you’ll do:
✔ Complete nutritional assessments and provide tailored dietary advice
✔ Deliver group education sessions like cooking classes
✔ Oversee meal programs and menu planning
✔ Develop resources and services for a diverse client base
✔ Offer consultations in person or via telehealth
