Born into the world of assistive technology (and with Dejay not far behind 😉), Tim has grown alongside the very industry he’s so passionate about today.

Known for his integrity, character, and genuine care, Tim is the kind of person who is first to help and last to expect anything in return. His relationships with clients — some spanning decades — are a true reflection of that.

Outside of work, you’ll find him on the mountain bike trails, often convincing a few of the team to join — and if you can’t spot him, you’ll likely hear that laugh from a mile away.

A leader who continues to carry forward a proud legacy alongside an incredible team — we’re lucky to have you. 💜

💜✨78th Heavenly Birthday – Margot Mason ✨💜

Today we honour what would have been Margot’s 78th birthday.
Born 7.4.1948 — a woman far ahead of her time.

A trailblazer in every sense, Margot saw a need in the assistive technology space and didn’t wait for change… she created it. Nearly 40 years ago, she founded Dejay — not just as a business, but as a purpose-driven legacy that continues to shape lives today.

She was visionary, determined, and full of heart — the kind of person who lit up every room she walked into. But beyond her incredible professional impact, Margot was a devoted wife to Tony, a proud mother to her twin boys, Ben & Tim and a deeply cherished friend to so many.

Her legacy lives on in every corner of Dejay.
In every piece of equipment fitted with care.
In every client interaction.
In every team member who carries her values forward.

To our Dejay family, thank you for continuing to lead with compassion, integrity, and heart. In everything we do, we honour Margot.

She is missed today, and every day.

After 40 years in the industry, it’s stories like Rachel’s that keep us centred on what truly matters… our clients, their journeys, and the outcomes we’re here to support every day 💜

For Rachel, 31, her custom wheelchair and standing frame from Dejay Medical help her get to her day program, take part in equine therapy, and stay connected to the people around her.

Her mum Heather shares Rachel’s story and the difference thoughtful, well-fitted equipment can make.
