Good communication is what makes an NDIS plan feel easier. 🗣️

When you can ask a question and get a clear answer, the fear of “getting it wrong” settles down. It also helps catch small budget or support issues early.

Ryan does not say much, but the moments he shares matter. 💛

He loves bowling, being out in the community and the independence that comes with driving his own car. 🚗

With support from Terri and Ruth, and the right funding in place, Ryan now drives safely and independently. It has opened up more of the everyday moments he enjoys.

Many people aren’t sure where diabetes sits in the NDIS. Is it a medical issue? An NDIS issue? Or both?

The short answer is this: The NDIS doesn’t fund diabetes itself, but it can support you if diabetes has caused a permanent disability that affects your daily life. Things like vision loss, mobility challenges, amputations or needing help with daily tasks can fall under disability-related needs... and that’s where the NDIS may help.

Every situation is different, and understanding what applies to you can feel confusing. If you need a hand making sense of it, AIIM Choices is only a message away. 💬

Your safety and comfort should always come first.
If something doesn’t feel right or a provider isn’t listening, you’re allowed to speak up and you don’t have to do it alone.

Advocates, Support Coordinators and the NDIS Commission are there to support you, guide you and protect your rights.
Good support should feel safe, steady and aligned with your goals. If it doesn’t, there are clear steps you can take.

At AIIM Choices, we’re here to help you understand those steps and make sure you always feel supported and heard.

AIIM Choices is an independent NDIS Plan Management Specialist, whose primary purpose is to assist NDIS participants to achieve their goals and become empowered individuals.

Here at AIIM Choices we want to keep it simple in order to take the stress out of the NDIS for the participant. With an array of knowledge and expertise arising from our experience. We are dedicated to assisting participants get the most out of their funding package.

We work with the participant to understand their plan. We explain what products or services you can use that are identified as part of your plan and the best way to use the funding to achieve your goals.

Our professional Plan Management team focuses on saving the participant time and removes the burden of the day to day administration that comes with an NDIS plan, such as processing of invoices and keeping track of expenditure.
