🎄 Final Pregnancy Pilates Round for 2025! 🤰

We’re so excited to launch our last Pregnancy Pilates series before Christmas — a 6-week program designed to help you feel strong, supported and confident as your pregnancy progresses.

✨ What’s Included?
Mat-based Pilates sessions focusing on pelvic floor, core strength, general strengthening and mobility.

Physiotherapy-specific education every 2nd week, covering topics like:
