Here’s my takeaways from doing Pilates everyday….

1️⃣ Home workouts are great - time efficient and cost effective, but nothing beats an in-studio session. Connection, community, and accountability you just can’t get at home

2️⃣ Show up for yourself first — it’s not selfish. Refilling your cup means you can pour into others without burning out.

3️⃣ No two classes are ever the same and our instructors are all amazing. They know how to challenge, support and surprise you. Some sessions I thought ‘wow they are too well trained’ 🙄

4️⃣ Even on your hardest days, you can still do Pilates — and you’ll feel better for it. It’s a kind of movement that matches your mood. On the days you don’t have much to give, you can still show up for yourself.

5️⃣ Moving daily has made me a better mum — calmer, stronger, more present. It doesn’t just strengthen physically, it strengthens my patience and my mood.

6️⃣ My digestion is better, inflammation is down, I sleep deeper and my energy is up. It really is more about how you feel, not about how you look.

7️⃣ And finally… don’t do two classes in one day. Trust me, your body will file a formal complaint 😂

If you would like to contribute a new and unwrapped gift for someone aged 0-18years, we are now accepting gifts to be placed under the tree in reception.

Donations close Wednesday 10th December.
