Meet Océane.

Océane came to see us a few weeks' ago and presented with long-standing pelvic pressure and dysfunction following complex gynecological and trauma-related complications.

When she first came to us, her symptoms were impacting her ability to rest comfortably, stand for prolonged periods, and fully participate in activities she loves. Mobility through the hips and pelvis had reduced, and the body had understandably developed protective muscular patterns.

Through hands-on myofascial release, targeted soft tissue work, dry needling, education, and a structured home program, her symptoms have significantly decreased. Resting discomfort has improved, mobility is returning, and confidence is growing.
There is still a journey ahead but we’re thrilled with the progress so far.
With continued collaboration and the next phase of treatment, we’re confident Océane will regain even greater pelvic freedom and return fully to swimming, hiking, and the activities that matter most to her.

These cases remind us that the pelvis is complex...muscular, neural, hormonal, and emotional factors all interplay. and careful, patient-centred care makes all the difference.
Thanks for being an amazing patient, Océane!

Wishing you all the best on the next stage of your travels and physio journey.

We received SIX Yellow/White Pages in the post today.

Six...almost enough to build a small retaining wall.

Hands up 🙋♂️ who still uses the Yellow Pages?
Be honest. No judgement. This is a safe space.

Do you:
A) Actually look up businesses in it
B) Use it to prop up a wobbly table
C) Keep it in the car for emergency door-stop situations
D) Wonder why it still exists

If anyone desperately wants a copy or 3, we’ve got a few spare 😂
First in, best dressed.

Day 8 – "The Silence of Colour"
Set of two. Acrylic.

These come as a pair.

Plenty of colour…
But somehow still calm.

A bit bold. A bit quiet.
Like they’re saying something without shouting.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic.

They’re sold as a set.
And yes, they work beautifully together.

Pop in, stand between them for a minute.
Let the colour do the talking.

Day 7 – A New Leaf
Watercolour and ink.

This one’s called “A New Leaf.”

Bit earthy. Bit bold.
Plenty going on.

You can just stand there and let your eyes wander. No big explanation needed.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and up in the clinic now.

Yes, it’s for sale.
And no, you don’t have to “get it” to like it.

Pop in and see what you reckon.

Day 6 – This one’s called “Connected.”
Watercolour and ink.

Lines crossing. Colours meeting.
Everything flowing into everything else.

A bit busy. A bit beautiful.
But somehow it all works.

Kind of like the body, really — nothing in isolation.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic.

Yes, it’s for sale.
And yes, it’s even better up close.

Pop in, have a look.
See what grabs you first.

Day 5 – "Turning Tides"

Watercolour and ink.

Soft movement. Clean lines.
Flow without fuss.

It’s calm… but not flat.
There’s direction in it. A quiet shift.

Feels like one of those moments where things start to move the right way again.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic.

Yes, it’s for sale.
And yes, it’s even better up close.

Pop in, take a breath, and let it do its thing.

Meet Margy.

Margy is one of those wonderful people everyone around Wodonga seems to know — a true local through and through, and well known across the community for her many years in real estate with both Wodonga Real Estate and O’Brien Real Estate.

After a very successful hip replacement, Margy was doing really well and had even returned to the gym a couple of times each week. However, she began noticing some groin twinges, particularly getting in and out of the car and during certain movements.

This type of discomfort can sometimes occur as the body adapts to the new alignment and angle of the hip joint after replacement surgery. It can feel quite sharp and worrying at first, but with the right treatment and strengthening work, these symptoms usually settle well.

A proud mum and grandma, and someone who has always stayed active and involved in the community, Margy wasn’t going to let a few setbacks slow her down. With some targeted physio and a bit of fine-tuning, she’s now back moving comfortably and continuing her gym routine.

Thanks for trusting us with your recovery, Margy, and for being such a great example of staying active at every stage of life. 🙌

Day 4 – Echoes of a Mood Swing

Acrylic.

Three panels.
One mood.
Or maybe three.

This one’s called “Echoes of a Mood Swing.”
And let’s be honest… we’ve all had a few.

Colour shifts. Texture. A bit calm. A bit chaos.
Depends what day you’re having.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic.

Yes, it’s for sale.
No, we’re not diagnosing your mood based on which panel you like most.

Pop in, have a look.
See which one you stand in front of longest.

Day 3 – "A Play on Light"

Acrylic on canvas.

This one’s all about light.
Or at least Belinda’s version of it.

Layers. Colour. Texture.
It shifts depending on where you stand and how you look at it.

Joe really loves this one.
Not because he fully “gets” it — but because it makes you stop.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic.

Yes, it’s for sale.
And yes, it looks even better in person.

Pop in, find your angle, and see what the light does.

Day 2

💃This one’s called “Dancer.”
Acrylic on canvas.

Posture. Core. Balance...and lots of beauty.

Painted by Belinda Schrickker and now hanging in the clinic for the next few months.

Yes, it’s for sale.
No, we’re not critiquing your pirouette on the way out.

Pop in, have a look.
Good art. Good posture. Win-win.
