𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻.
They were tired of fitness spaces that weren't built for them.
They were done being the exception instead of the rule.
But here's what I know after 10 years of working exclusively with women over 40: you're not broken, you're not too late, and here - you're certainly not an afterthought.
While other gyms are suddenly discovering that women in midlife exist - offering their shiny new "28-day menopause resets" and "healthy aging programs" as side offerings to their real business - this has been my only business for a decade.
Not a trend I'm capitalising on.
Not a program I've added to stay relevant.
This is what I do. Who I serve. What I've spent years perfecting.
