Autumn has well and truly arrived in Wodonga and honestly? We are loving it. Here are four things that have us smiling in the clinic this season…

- Cupping, our clients are absolutely loving our new cupping service addition with Chelsie. As the cooler weather sets in. There is nothing quite like it for relaxation and recovery.

- Our midwifery and breastfeeding support, supporting mums and their little ones is one of our greatest privileges. We are so grateful for every family that trusts us with their care.

- Autumn in Wodonga, we may be a little biased but we think our corner of the world is pretty special this time of year!

Menopause can be a significant stage in a woman’s life, bringing physical, emotional and hormonal changes that can sometimes feel difficult to navigate alone.

At BMLA, our Menopause Clinic provides a supportive space where women can discuss these changes and explore options that may support their health and wellbeing.

The clinic is run by Dr Liz Onley, alongside Nurse Amy, who has recently joined our team. Together they work to understand each person’s experience and provide personalised guidance and care.

Every woman’s experience of menopause is different, and having the right support can make a meaningful difference during this stage of life.
