“What’s the best exercise?” is something we get asked a lot- and it makes sense. With so much information out there, it can be hard to know what actually matters.

In reality, most types of exercise have value. Strength training, cardio, mobility work, and more targeted rehab exercises all play a role depending on the person.

What often gets overlooked is how important it is for exercise to fit into your actual life. Time, energy, previous injuries, and confidence with movement all matter.

For many people, it’s not about finding the perfect program- it’s about finding something that is realistic, appropriate, and sustainable.

A combination of different types of movement, done consistently and progressed over time, is usually where the biggest benefits come from.

Wodonga Osteopathic Clinic is pleased to introduce Milan Smith who will be joining us for her 5th year clinical placement. Milan is available for treatment sessions from 14th September through to 22nd September. Initial visits 1hour $40, and ongoing sessions 45mins $30. Please note that you are unable to apply private health rebates for these appointments (also no DVA, workcover or Medicare plans). Please call 02 60246611 to make a time before she is booked out.

Some more about Milan:
My love for osteopathy stemmed from my passion for sports, fitness and the outdoors. I absolutely love to help people, and combining this with my interest in human anatomy led me to study osteo. Exploring how the human body functions is incredibly fascinating to me, and I have a particular interest in the nervous system as well as sports injuries.

I like to treat patients of all backgrounds- each story is special to me and I want to help as many people as I can. I’m also still learning what I enjoy treating so love to see new things every day.

Outside of work I play music and enjoy spending time with my dog, Maisy. I also love skiing, painting and spending time with my beautiful family.
