In life we can sometimes be thrown some curve balls. These curve balls can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Some last for long periods of time. Some drift quickly through our lives. These curve balls can be directed through our health, our commitment to our loved ones, or even or commitment to our jobs.

Mondays 5.30pm
Wednesdays 6am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm
Fridays 5.30pm

Plus our Functional Yoga Program Weights classes 9.30am or 10.30am Mondays.

Saturday 7th of February starting at 12.30pm for our meet and great and then kicking off 3 x 20 minute sample classes for our Cardio, Weighted and Mat Pilates classes.
