One leg’s the workhorse, the other’s the loafer… like carrying a drunk friend home while they flop around doing absolutely nothing. Sure, you get there in the end... but your back, hips, and knees aren’t thrilled about it.

That’s what happens when your stronger side keeps bailing out the weaker one.

Unilateral training is the equaliser. No hiding. No cheating. Just you and that lazy side finally pulling its weight.

And this is one of the reasons I’m still studying 👩‍🎓. I want to help clients build strong/mobile bodies and minds! Sessions with me are a massive help... but... what you do outside of our sessions (like training, moving, resetting) is just as important as what I do hands-on in the room with you.

Stronger on both sides = fewer random pains and a body that actually works with you instead of against you. 🦵✨

As a holistic health therapist, I’ve carefully chosen a blend of modalities that work together to support your body and mind in the most effective way possible. Because everybody's body is intricately connected and individual, so your treatment should be too! Here’s how each one benefits you:
• Deep Tissue Bodywork: This technique helps release tension deep within your muscles and connective tissue. It’s perfect for breaking up stubborn knots, improving circulation, helping you feel more at ease in your body, and show up better in your everyday life .
• Cupping (Slide, Static, and Functional): Cupping is an ancient therapy that involves creating suction to lift and separate, boost blood flow, release tightness, and support healing. I use different types of cupping to target specific needs—whether it’s for muscle recovery or functional movement improvement or overall wellbeing.
