We offer flexible consults within schools, day programs, private homes in and around the Illawarra region. Perspective Occupational Therapy can provide a wide range of assessments and reports for submission to support funding. Housing Needs assessment- Housing NSW

Functional Capacity assessment and report
Falls risk safety assessment and report
Mobility assessment
Manual handling assessments

Perspective Occupational Therapy are a registered member of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with a permanent disability to achieve their goals towards increasing independence and participation. Supports may include care services, therapies, prescription of home modifications and assistive technology (adaptive aids and equipment), transport, social support, and assistance to access employment. Perspective Occupational Therapy have worked hard to learn to navigate the new NDIS system as efficiently as possible. We work closely with our clients to assist them with transitioning to the NDIS system, and with understanding their NDIS Plan. Perspective Occupational Therapy also support the following funding arrangements-

Medicare- (payment of gap)
Aged Care Referrals
Private funding
