This patient of Dr Adrian is seen after having her old breast implants removed - she did not want the implants replaced and so had the breasts reshaped using the remaining breast tissue with a breast lift.

The goal of these procedures is to recreate a breast shape that mimics the appearance of the breast when the implants were originally placed many years ago!
