Join our Aboriginal Health Team and help make a difference by coordinating care and improving access to health services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Northern Sydney.

You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support health promotion, chronic disease management and community engagement in the Northern Beaches, Hornsby and Ryde regions.

Part-time (30 hours/week) | Fixed-term to 30 June 2026
Salary + Super + up to $15,900 salary packaging

Aboriginal Outreach Worker – North Sydney

Join our dedicated Aboriginal Health Team to support the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the North Sydney region.

This Aboriginal Identified position plays a key role in improving access to healthcare, chronic disease management, and health promotion. You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team based in Macquarie Park, working across Northern Beaches, Hornsby, and Ryde.

From 1 November, Grand Pacific Health Centre - Nowra will bulk bill under the Albanese Government’s expanded Medicare Bulk Billing Incentive Program.

That means more people in our community can see their GP for free, helping make healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone.

We’re proud to be part of this positive change that supports families, pensioners, and anyone doing it tough to put their health first without worrying about the cost.

Campbelltown Community Celebrates New Mental Health Centre

The Campbelltown community came together to celebrate the official opening of the Campbelltown Medicare Mental Health Centre, a safe and welcoming space offering free mental health support, no referral needed.

Held on Friday 17 October, the launch event welcomed The Honourable Emma McBride MP, Assistant Minister for Mental Health and Su***de Prevention, The Honourable Rose Jackson, MLC, Dr Mike Freelander MP,Member for Macarthur, Campbeltown Mayor Cr Darcy Lound, alongside community members, local partners, and staff from Grand Pacific Health.

Located in the heart of Campbelltown, the Centre unites GPH, Odyssey House, Relationships Australia, and Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation to provide holistic, person-centred care for those experiencing mental health challenges.

This new service reflects a shared commitment to improving access to care and ensuring people in Campbelltown can find the right support, at the right time, in the right place.

A new way to manage chronic pain, free community program now open!

Living with pain that won’t go away can be exhausting — physically and emotionally.

If you’ve been experiencing pain for more than three months, you don’t have to face it alone.

Grand Pacific Health’s new Pain Explained offers a range of education and therapy options to help you understand your pain and find ways to manage it.
You can choose what suits you best, from our 6-week online “Pain Explained” program with Dr Adele Stewart, to one-on-one consultations with our multidisciplinary team, including:

• Integrative Healthcare Practitioner Rosa Bunn (supporting women through peri and menopause-related pain)
• Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian Alycia Hull
• A Mental Health Clinician

This free program is open to people aged 18 and over living in the South Eastern NSW region.

First round of the Pain Explained program starts Tuesday 21 October.

Places are limited, register now and take the first step toward a better relationship with your pain.
