💔 WOMEN between 35 and 55 are at the highest risk of DIVORCE and SU***DE — and too often, no one talks about why.
Behind these statistics are sleepless nights, mood swings that come out of nowhere, weight that won’t shift, brain fog, anxiety, and the heartbreak of feeling disconnected from yourself and those you love.
Without understanding the hormonal driver behind these changes, it’s easy to believe the problem is the marriage, the job, or “just life.” But the truth is, your body is shifting in powerful ways, and those shifts can affect every part of your mind and heart.
PERIMENOPAUSE and MENOPAUSE are often misdiagnosed as depression, anxiety, or a midlife crisis, and many women are sent away with antidepressants rather than hormone-related support.
FAMILIES and RELATIONSHIPS are at risk not because women have suddenly changed personalities, but because the underlying cause isn’t recognised.
