Hi everyone, I’m offering women with gestational diabetes an opportunity to wear a continuous glucose monitor for FREE (and I’ll analyse it for you too).

I can express post monitors out to you wherever you are in Australia. If you’d like some more information, send me a DM or comment in the post 🙂

We've had to make the tough decision to postpone our debut Beyond the Bump program! We don't know how long these social distancing laws will be in place, but we're hoping to get back up and running for TERM 4 2020!

We know you were all so excited to come along, and we had some great guests lined up, but for the time being, let's focus on staying healthy!

We’ve got some new faces around here! And thought I’d introduce myself!

I’m Hannah! I’m doing my PhD in exercise in pregnancy. I was born and bred in Wollongong and although I don’t have kids yet, I’ve already got my baby names picked out
